Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the 14 business day window, please contact us at support@thesylva.store and we will investigate the issue with the carrier on your behalf. Sylva is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, so please double check your details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@thesylva.store with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
